Signing of cooperation agreement to send Quang Nam workers to work in Japan

The online conference took place with the aim of enhancing support, cooperation in sending and receiving workers from Quang Nam province for internships in Japan based on the needs and actual demands of both sides.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, the parties commit to establishing and developing a cooperative relationship to support sending workers from Quang Nam province to work in Japan under contracts for technical intern trainees or specific skills, within the framework of the law and in accordance with the scope of authority of each party.

The two sides support job connections for experienced people or those who wish to work in Japan. In particular, IPM Foundation supports organizing online Japanese language classes to benefit workers while they are interning or working in Japan or after returning from Japan, they wish to work at Japanese companies in Vietnam.

For poor workers and ethnic minorities residing in Quang Nam province who have been recruited and assigned to the enterprise of a customer who is a partner of IPM Finance Group; and have been confirmed by IPM Finance Group's partner to maintain an internship or work for more than 3 years at that company, they will be supported with funding to work in Japan under the contract.

The maximum support amount for a worker is 300,000 yen and is based on actual invoices and documents provided by the worker. IPM Fund will make direct payments to the worker's Japanese account within 3 months after returning to the receiving company.

The implementation period of the Memorandum of Understanding is set for 2 years, from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2027.
