Co May Dormitory selects 100 new students to be fed and educated for free

Co May Dormitory will continue to accompany poor new students who overcome difficulties and study well when announcing the selection of 100 qualified students to enter the dormitory for free accommodation and tuition fees.

On the afternoon of August 15, Mr. Pham Minh Thien, Director of Co May Sa Dec Company Limited ( Dong Thap province), said that in order to support poor students who have overcome difficulties and are good at studying, Co May dormitory will select 100 new students in the 2025-2026 school year who are in especially difficult circumstances and are good at studying across the country to stay and eat for free at the dormitory and cover their tuition and study expenses.

Co May Dormitory is built spaciously on the campus of Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry.

Accordingly, the criteria for new students nationwide to be able to stay at Co May dormitory (campus of Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry) are students who are in difficult circumstances, orphaned, or do not have enough finances to continue studying; excellent high school students and priority given to excellent students at district, provincial, city, and national levels. Students must have a high school graduation exam score of 20 points or higher in 2025 and have high results in the competency assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University (if any).

When selected to enter Co May dormitory, new students will receive free accommodation and monthly food allowance; health insurance, accident insurance and 100% tuition support for the first year. Subsequent years will be considered according to dormitory regulations.

In addition, students are also supported by dormitory leaders in learning IT, foreign languages and soft skills training, participating in clubs, extracurricular activities and other personal development programs organized by the dormitory.

Over the past 9 years of establishment, Co May dormitory has supported tuition fees and free accommodation for more than 800 disadvantaged but excellent students across the country.

The application process includes: filling out all information at the link until August 23. Then, submit paper documents directly to the Co May dormitory office or by post . The deadline for receiving documents is August 25 (based on the postmark).

Co May Dormitory was built in 2016 according to the wish of Mr. Pham Van Ben, owner of Co May Private Enterprise (now Co May Sa Dec Company Limited - Dong Thap Province) with the desire to help poor and excellent students across the country study in Ho Chi Minh City to have the conditions to study at university and have a stable job. After 9 years of establishment and operation, the dormitory has supported more than 800 students and helped hundreds of dreams of escaping poverty through education.
