On the afternoon of August 15th, Mr. Pham Minh Thien, Director of Co May Sa Dec Co., Ltd. ( Dong Thap province), announced that to support poor, underprivileged, and academically gifted students in attending university, Co May dormitory will select 100 new students for the 2025-2026 academic year who are from disadvantaged backgrounds and excel academically nationwide to receive free accommodation and meals at the dormitory, along with tuition and study expenses.

The Co May dormitory is a well-built facility located within the campus of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry.

Accordingly, the criteria for new students nationwide to be admitted to the Co May dormitory (on the campus of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry) are: students from disadvantaged backgrounds, orphaned by either parent, or lacking sufficient financial resources to continue their studies; high-achieving high school students, with priority given to students who excel at the district, provincial, city, and national levels. They must have a score of 20 or higher in the 2025 high school graduation exam and high scores in the aptitude test of the Ho Chi Minh City National University (if available).
Upon being selected to live in the Co May dormitory, new students receive free accommodation and a monthly food allowance; they are covered by health insurance and accident insurance, and receive 100% tuition support for the first academic year. Tuition for subsequent years will be determined according to the dormitory's regulations.
In addition, students receive support from dormitory leaders in learning computer skills, foreign languages, and soft skills, as well as participating in clubs, extracurricular activities, and other self-development programs organized by the dormitory.

Over the past 9 years since its establishment, Co May dormitory has provided financial support for studies and free accommodation for more than 800 underprivileged, academically优秀 students nationwide.

The application process includes: filling out the information completely at the provided link by August 23rd. Then, submitting the paper application directly to the Co May dormitory office or via mail . The deadline for receiving applications is August 25th (based on the postmark).
