Vocational school expectations in training and expanding job opportunities for students

Awarding scholarships to students of International College of Industry and Trade.

On November 14, at its headquarters in Tien Du ( Bac Ninh province), the International College of Industry and Trade held a welcoming ceremony for new students of the 17th course, school year 2025-2026 with the theme "The Dawn of Innovation".

According to the Organizing Committee, after 17 years of establishment and development, the International College of Industry and Trade has become a trusted address in the Vietnamese vocational education system with the philosophy of "Integration and mastery". In the 2025-2026 school year, the school will train 18 majors in 5 main blocks: Tourism-Hotel, International Languages, Information Technology, Economics and Health Care with nearly 1,000 students studying in Bac Ninh and Hanoi.

Teacher Doan Van Minh, Principal of the International College of Industry and Trade, said that in the context of rapidly changing education and labor market, vocational education must become “a bridge between theory and practice, between training and social needs, between personal dreams and community responsibility.

Over the past two decades, the school has been constantly innovating, from teaching methods to cooperation models with businesses and international organizations. The school is proud to be one of the pioneers in implementing the model of "Learning goes hand in hand with practice", creating conditions for students to be trained in a real-life environment right from the classroom. This is not only a training strategy, but also a responsibility for the future of the younger generation.

Through expanding links with domestic and foreign businesses, the school maintains a 100% employment rate for students after graduation, while helping learners hone their vocational skills from the first year through the model of "Learning goes hand in hand with practice".

Sharing with the new students of the 17th course, the school principal affirmed that difficulties are not to defeat the students, but to train them. Every failure is a lesson, every challenge is an opportunity for them to discover their own limits.

Notably, at the ceremony, a Strategic Cooperation Agreement was signed between the International College of Industry and Trade and domestic and foreign enterprises. This is an annual activity to expand internship, recruitment, and scholarship opportunities and continue to affirm the commitment to accompany students on their career journey.

Businesses sponsor schools to have more resources to improve training quality.
