Representatives of ministries and branches provided more information on solutions to develop capital mobilization channels and fight against counterfeit and fake goods.
Regarding the restructuring of the capital market to reduce dependence on bank credit, the representative of the Ministry of Finance said that in 2025, Vietnam has made great efforts to have its stock market considered for upgrading from a frontier market to an emerging market. In addition, in 2025, the bond market will issue about 1 quadrillion for both corporate and government bonds.

Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Duc Chi expressed his expectation that starting from 2026, both the bond market and the stock market will record strong growth. This development is expected to meet the capital mobilization goals of market participants, while sharing part of the capital mobilization burden through credit channels of commercial banks. Regarding specific solutions to limit the situation of counterfeit goods on e-commerce platforms, the representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade said that the current e-commerce business method is growing very well. In 2025, the growth rate is expected to be 25-27%, which is a high growth rate. The Government is submitting to the National Assembly to draft the Law on E-commerce, which will stipulate the responsibilities of each entity related to e-commerce platforms.
Providing more information about the Hoang Huong case, a representative of the Ministry of Public Security said that on October 27, the investigation agency continued to prosecute another defendant, Nguyen Thi Tuong An (born in 1993), for violating accounting regulations causing serious consequences. This subject's actions were to assist Hoang Huong in concealing revenue and reducing taxes payable. In addition, the investigation agency seized two assets of Hoang Huong, estimated to be worth more than 300 billion VND, to compensate for the damage. Currently, the case is still under investigation.
