Expectation of Son La to develop more and more

It has become a tradition that every time Tet comes, Spring comes, Son La province organizes a meeting program of the Son La Cadre Liaison Committee in Hanoi , an opportunity for delegates to review the outstanding results in the past years. Closing 2024, with the proactiveness and flexibility of the Party Committee, Government and people of all ethnic groups, Son La continues to achieve many important and comprehensive results in all fields. This result is an important premise for Son La to continue with the country to enter a new era - an era of striving to develop richly, civilized and prosperous for the nation.

With the spirit of solidarity and consensus among the entire Party, government and people of all ethnic groups, in 2024 Son La has achieved and exceeded 25 main targets set. The total product in the area is estimated at over 36,274 billion VND; Budget revenue in the area is over 4,130 billion VND; The whole province has 188 OCOP products; 7 high-tech agricultural zones; maintaining and developing 308 safe agricultural and aquatic food supply chains... With the achieved results, the Son La Cadre Liaison Committee in Hanoi expects that Son La province will have remarkable developments in the future.

Comrade Do Van An, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee : This is a great effort because Son La is a province with an unsynchronized infrastructure, harsh climate, and epidemics, but the Party Committee, people and government of Son La province have made many efforts and strived. I think this is a premise to enter 2025, the year of preparation to accelerate and make a breakthrough to bring Son La to rise stronger with the whole country moving forward.

At the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Quoc Khanh informed about some policies and orientations of the province in 2025. In particular, Son La province will focus on drastically and effectively implementing the Resolutions, Conclusions and directions of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the National Assembly and the Government. Determined to effectively implement the summary of Resolution No. 18 associated with the revolution on arranging and streamlining the political system apparatus towards streamlining, effective and efficient operation; Mobilizing resources, investing in building a synchronous infrastructure system, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, serving production, daily life and improving people's lives.

Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of Son La Provincial Party Committee : Lead and direct the implementation of tasks of developing culture, society, education, health care, ensuring social security; pay attention to taking care of the material and spiritual life of the people; first of all, during the Lunar New Year 2025; promote the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses. Son La has been proactive since 2020 and to date there are more than 2,000 houses, Son La is determined to strive to complete by May 19, 2025.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Quoc Khanh also affirmed: The Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will continue to uphold the spirit of solidarity, unity, and responsibility before the Party, the State, and the People to build and develop Son La province to become more and more prosperous. In the immediate future, we will strive to excellently complete the tasks of 2025, determined to successfully implement the goals set out in the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress.
