To address the issue promptly and minimize the consequences of the aforementioned incident, the Department of Health requests the Food Safety and Hygiene Sub-Department to direct the temporary suspension of operations of the bread business involved until an official conclusion is reached by the relevant authorities.

The Food Safety and Hygiene Sub-Department closely monitors the developments of the cases; carries out sampling and traceability of related food products; and proposes appropriate handling measures to prevent the risk of further incidents.

The People's Committee of Phan Thiet Ward is closely coordinating with the Food Safety and Hygiene Sub-Department and relevant agencies in investigating and verifying the incident in the area; and is supervising the temporary suspension of operations of the aforementioned bread business.

The People's Committee of the ward directs functional forces to strengthen management, propaganda, and supervision of food service establishments and street food vendors, promptly detecting and handling any violations of food safety (if any).
