Rainfall measured from 7:00 p.m. on May 18 to 7:00 a.m. on May 19 in some areas such as: Lang Son city 58 mm; That Khe town (Trang Dinh district) 57 mm; Mau Son (Loc Binh district) 47 mm; Huu Lung district 44 mm... Heavy rain caused localized flooding; landslides; damaged roofs in some areas in the province. Soil moisture models show that some areas in the districts are nearly saturated (over 80%) or have reached a saturated state.
