Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Le Hong Quang; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Council Le Van Nung; Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung and members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the National Assembly Delegation of the province; Standing members of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, branches, unions, armed forces; former provincial leaders, revolutionary veterans, union members, youth, students and a large number of relatives of martyrs attended the ceremony.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates laid flowers on the memorial, observed a minute of silence and burned incense at each grave, expressing their respect and infinite gratitude for the great sacrifices of the heroic martyrs who fought bravely to protect the Fatherland, gain independence for the nation, and bring freedom and peace to the people.

In front of the heroic martyrs, the Party Committee, government and people of An Giang province pledge to continue to strive, unite and build an increasingly strong Party; strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, strive to successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building the homeland to become increasingly prosperous, strong and civilized. At the same time, continue to promote the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", care for and look after families with preferential policies, especially families of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, families of war invalids and martyrs, etc.
