On the morning of October 24, comrade Tran Van Lau - Provincial Party Secretary and provincial leaders came to lay wreaths and offer incense to President Ho Chi Minh at his Temple and the Provincial Martyrs Cemetery in Long Duc ward.

Also attending the funeral were comrades: Ho Thi Hoang Yen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Minh Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Lu Quang Ngoi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Van Han - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Kim Ngoc Thai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Lam Minh Dang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

At the ceremony, provincial leaders offered flowers and incense to Uncle Ho and the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs, expressing deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh and the sacrifices of Heroes and Martyrs, heroic Vietnamese mothers for the cause of protecting and building the country.
