The Dong Tien - Tan Phu road project is expected to implement a plan to adjust the connection point with National Highway 14 at Cau 2 market area instead of connecting at the area near the bridge, thereby affecting a number of households and a section of the route needs to be straightened to ensure technical standards.

For the project to upgrade and expand DT753 road, when the road is widened from 6 to 8 lanes, the medium and low voltage power lines within the clearance area need to be relocated with a length of more than 14.6km. In addition, many households on both sides of the road from Soc Mien intersection (in Tan Thien and Tan Xuan wards) to Rat bridge are affected.

Leaders of departments, branches, localities, and investors report and propose implementation plans after surveying the actual routes.

After conducting a field survey and listening to reports and proposals from the investor, the construction unit, and related departments, branches and localities, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son suggested: The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Department of Construction coordinate with units and localities to propose adjustments to the implementation plan and land use planning to advise the Provincial People's Committee. Dong Tien Commune needs to have a suitable market construction plan after clearing the Cau 2 market area.

For the DT753 road project, after the Prime Minister approved the upgrade from 6 lanes to 8 lanes, a series of planning adjustments will be required. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to unify proposals for power line relocation and site clearance so that the Provincial People's Committee can have timely direction in the coming time.
