Accordingly, considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province in Official Dispatch No. 206/UBND-KT dated February 12, 2025 and the opinion of the Ministry of Construction in Official Dispatch No. 924/BXD-QHKT dated March 25, 2025 on the organization of the preparation of the Master Plan for the construction of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Tourist Area, Quang Binh province, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has the following opinion:

The People's Committee of Quang Binh province organizes the preparation of tasks and general planning projects for the construction of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Tourist Area, Quang Binh province, ensuring consistency with related planning, compliance with regulations on the boundaries of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Tourist Area, ensuring compliance with the law on cultural heritage, compliance with the law on construction and related legal regulations.

The Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall guide the People's Committee of Quang Binh province in the process of organizing the preparation of tasks and master plans for the construction of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Tourist Area and appraising and approving them in accordance with the provisions of law; and reporting to the Prime Minister./.
