Seeking comments on the Draft Circular of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating the organization of voting for typical rural industrial products

The Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion collects comments from agencies, units, organizations and individuals on the Draft Circular of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating the organization of voting for typical rural industrial products.

To carry out the assigned tasks in Decision No. 3656/QD-BCT dated December 30, 2024 of the Minister of Industry and Trade promulgating the Program for drafting legal documents in 2025 and the Plan for drafting the Circular of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating the organization of voting for typical rural industrial products (Circular) approved by the Ministry's leaders; Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 16 of Circular No. 21/2025/TT-BCT dated April 26, 2025 of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating the development, promulgation and organization of implementation of legal documents of the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion drafts the Circular of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating the organization of voting for typical rural industrial products to collect comments from agencies, units, organizations and individuals.

Time for collecting comments on the draft within 20 days.
