On the afternoon of June 3, at the headquarters of the Royal Cambodian Army, General Vong Pisen, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Army, presided over a solemn welcoming ceremony for General Nguyen Tan Cuong and his delegation. Immediately after the welcoming ceremony, the two sides held talks.
