On February 20 (January 11), at the Tran Temple - Thap Pagoda historical and cultural relic site, Loc Vuong ward ( Nam Dinh city), the Ngoc Lo palanquin procession (carrying the incense of King Tran Nhan Tong) from Thap Pagoda to Thien Truong Temple took place. According to historical and cultural researchers, the Tran Temple opening ceremony has great humanistic significance, praying for world peace and prosperity.
The Tran Dynasty seal is engraved with the words "Tran Dynasty Classics" and "Accumulating Blessings Without Border". The essence of the four words "Accumulating Blessings Without Border" on the seal is that the Tran Dynasty bestowed blessings on its descendants, taught its descendants and hundreds of families to preserve moral qualities and accumulate blessings. The more blessings and virtues there are, the more lasting the benefits will be.

The Tran Temple Opening Ceremony in Nam Dinh is held in early Spring every year to preserve and promote cultural values, educate the tradition of patriotism against foreign invaders, commemorate the merits of ancestors, and remember the great contributions of the Tran Dynasty in building the country, opening rivers, reclaiming seas and expanding the territory with the bright Dong A spirit, and defeating the Yuan-Mongol invaders three times.
The Tran Temple Seal Opening Festival in Nam Dinh, Spring of the Year of the Dragon 2024, will take place from February 20-25, with many unique traditional cultural activities. The organizers plan to distribute seals to visitors from 5 a.m. on February 24.
