Dam Swimming Festival is one of three festivals of Bac Tu Liem district recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District Nguyen Huu Tuyen requested the Party Committee, Tay Tuu Ward authorities, and specialized departments of the district to pay attention to building unique cultural products and tours associated with cultural heritage in the area; focus on preserving historical relics and cultural architecture, and restoring traditional festivals.
