On the morning of October 10, at the My Dinh National Convention Center, Hanoi, the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, the President, the Government, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Hanoi City solemnly held the ceremony to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital on October 10, 1954.
