In 2024, Ho Chi Minh City has more than 98,000 candidates registered for the 10th grade entrance exam , of which public high schools recruited more than 77,300 candidates. The exam took place on June 6-7, with candidates taking 3 subjects including Math, Literature (120 minutes) and Foreign Language (90 minutes).

Currently, Ho Chi Minh City has not yet announced the 10th grade entrance exam scores in 2024.
