Ho Chi Minh City Mixed Martial Arts Federation has a temporary manager to replace Mr. Luu Tu Bao.

(Dan Tri) - Following the Vietnam Boxing Federation (VBF), the Ho Chi Minh City Mixed Martial Arts Federation (HMMAF) appointed an interim replacement for President Liu Xiu Bao, during his absence.

In addition to his position as President of VBF, Mr. Luu Tu Bao also holds the position of President of HMMAF. Therefore, during the time Mr. Bao is unable to be present in Vietnam due to personal reasons, HMMAF is forced to find a replacement for Mr. Bao to manage and operate the federation's work.

According to the announcement of HMMAF, Mr. Luu Tu Bao will sign the authorization to manage the work of this federation for Vice President Do Thi Thu Trang. This is in accordance with the charter of HMMAF. This authorization will last until March 2026.

Previously, Mr. Liu Xiu Bao left Vietnam in February this year. During the time Mr. Bao left Vietnam, HMMAF members were almost unable to contact their chairman.

Just like VBF before, HMMAF said that in case there is an official conclusion from the authorities about Mr. Liu Xiu Bao's personal activities, HMMAF will hold an extraordinary congress to elect a new president.

Mr. Liu Xiubao was elected as the Chairman of HMMAF for the first term in 2022. This term of HMMAF will last until 2027.

During the time Mr. Liu Xiu Bao was absent from Ho Chi Minh City for many months, HMMAF's activities still took place according to plan and in accordance with the federation's regulations.
