The Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations actively participates in and organizes high-level foreign affairs activities abroad.

During the two years 2024-2025, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations chaired and coordinated the organization of many exchange activities and friendship meetings during the visits and working sessions of Party and State leaders in many countries, contributing to promoting cooperation and friendship between the Vietnamese people and international friends.
