A leader of the Bac Lieu Province Urban Service Center said that according to the design documents, the snake mascot is 3 meters wide, 3.5 meters high from the ground to the top of its head, and 35 meters long. The capital to create the snake mascot on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street comes from the provincial budget.

The snake mascot placed at Gia Rai Square, Gia Rai town, Bac Lieu province has a similar shape to the one in Bac Lieu city and also received a "shower" of compliments from the online community.
