Loi was then taken to the police station for questioning about providing narcotics at the nightclub. At the investigation agency, Loi wanted to make amends and promised to confess everything he knew to ensure his safety from Quan "gia".

Meanwhile, "Old" Quan was furious when he learned that the plan to assassinate Hung "khech" failed and Loi was arrested. He asked Dung: "What do you think about Loi's case?" Dung calmly replied: "Even if he confessed everything, it wouldn't affect me at all, it's just a confession, not evidence." "Old" Quan emphasized: "I'm asking why did that iron Tuan want to put Loi in front of the police?" Dung guessed that Hong had confessed. Long realizes that Hong is an important factor in the investigation and decides to use Hong as part of his crime-solving strategy. Long gets closer to the "bosses" and the location of the secret drug bunker. As they delve deeper into their target, Long and Hong realize that behind the large shipments, the crimes, and the financial benefits is a "history" of "hatred" and "gratitude", "familiarity" turned into "hostility" between people who considered each other brothers, comrades on the same front...
