Last week, a series of photos and videos of the Galaxy S25 Ultra were leaked online, showing off the entire design of the product. Recently, the renders of the Galaxy S25 have also been shared online.
Accordingly, OnLeaks - a Twitter account famous for sharing information and images of upcoming technology products - has posted images and videos of the complete build of the Galaxy S25.

The images posted by OnLeaks show that the Galaxy S25 retains the same overall design as the Galaxy S24 series launched last year. OnLeaks said that the Galaxy S25 still retains the same 6.2-inch screen size as the previous version, but the screen bezels on the product are thinner, helping to reduce the overall size, making the device more compact and easier to hold.
The shared image shows that the Galaxy S25 is still equipped with a cluster of 3 cameras on the back, but the lenses are designed with an additional decorative frame on the outside, similar to the Galaxy Z Fold6, which helps the camera on the back of the product become more prominent.

Samsung did not upgrade the external design of the Galaxy S25, but leaked sources said that this smartphone will have important changes in the internal configuration.
Specifically, technology site ZDNet quoted sources close to Samsung saying that the Galaxy S25 series is likely to be equipped with Qualcomm's latest generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip, without using the Exynos 2500 chip developed by Samsung.
Previously, only the Galaxy S24 and S24+ sold in the US, Canada and China were equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, while in other markets, the duo used Samsung's Exynos 2400 chip.
If the information provided by ZDNet is correct, users worldwide will be able to use the Galaxy S25 series with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip, which is considered to have the best performance, instead of having a distinction in chip type according to different markets.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip is said to have a maximum clock speed of up to 4.32GHz, providing powerful performance for the Galaxy S25 to compete with Apple's iPhone 16 series.

Samsung is also said to increase the RAM capacity of the Galaxy S25 to 12GB, allowing the product to handle artificial intelligence features well on the device without having to send data to an external server. However, the Galaxy S25 is said to still only have a starting storage option of 128GB and keep the same 4,000mAh battery capacity.
If Samsung maintains its development pace, it is likely that the Galaxy S25 series will be launched in mid- or late January next year.
