Loc Phat Vietnam Bank ( LPBank ) continues to affirm its leading position in the field of international payments when it was recently awarded the "Clearing Elite Quality Recognition Award MT202" by JPMorgan Chase - one of the world's leading financial groups - for USD transactions for 3 consecutive years (2022 - 2023 - 2024).
The award ceremony took place solemnly at LPBank's headquarters with the participation of representatives of the Board of Directors of the two banking and financial institutions. On JPMorgan Chase's side, there was the presence of Ms. Phan Bich Van - General Director of JPMorgan Vietnam; Ms. Jing Zhang - Managing Director, Trade Expert for Asia region and representatives of relevant departments. On LPBank's side, there was the participation of Ms. Nguyen Anh Van - Deputy General Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Vui - Member of the Executive Board and representatives of some functional Departments/Divisions.
Ms. Nguyen Anh Van, Deputy General Director of LPBank received the International Payment Quality Excellence Award in 2023 and 2024 from Ms. Phan Bich Van, General Director of JPMorgan Chase Vietnam.
Since 1997, the JPMorgan Chase Global Payments Excellence Award has been a key benchmark for recognizing partner banks that excel in automating cross-border transaction processing. The award not only recognizes efforts to achieve high straight-through processing (STP) rates, but also demonstrates the ability to operate quickly, accurately and efficiently, while minimizing risk and enhancing the reputation of partner banks.
LPBank has made a strong impression by successfully conquering the most stringent standards of JPMorgan Chase in the field of international payments with an absolute automatic transaction processing rate. Specifically, when processing electricity for USD payment services, the continuous processing rate reached 100%. This success is a clear demonstration of the effectiveness of the digital transformation strategy and promoting international payment services that LPBank has persistently pursued.
