Brigade 101: Closing of training course 46 of non-commissioned officers and commanders

On October 6, Brigade 101, Naval Region 4 held the closing ceremony of the 46th non-commissioned officer and commander training course.

In 2023, Brigade 101 was assigned by Naval Region 4 to train non-commissioned officers and commanders for the 46th course with the following majors: Naval Infantry Squad Leader; Machine Gun Squad Leader; Mortar 82 and Mortar 60 Squad Leader.

The Commander of Brigade 101 awarded ranks and commended the students with excellent results.

The Party Committee, Brigade Commanders and units have thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the plans and directives on the tasks of selection and training; organized the development of training plans, drafted complete lesson plans, and implemented approval according to instructions; the training process has closely combined theory and practice; promoted the highest level of self-awareness of learners, taking learners as the center... The unit organized training closely and scientifically , strictly followed the time and training plan, and ensured that the number of healthy soldiers participating in regular study reached 99.2% or more.

Graduation results: 100% of soldiers met the requirements, of which over 80% achieved good and excellent results, the excellent rate was over 22%. During the training process, students strictly followed discipline, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects. After graduation, 100% of students felt secure in their work and were ready to take on assignments for units.
