The inspection content is based on 4 criteria for building a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical"; focusing on the awareness of soldiers, the system of documents and books on the aspects of Staff, Politics , Logistics - Engineering and the implementation of key tasks, breakthroughs identified in 2024; the results of overcoming weaknesses and weak points after previous inspections at all levels.

The inspection aims to evaluate the results of the implementation of the plan to build a comprehensively strong, "exemplary, typical" unit in 2024 of the units as a basis for drawing experience and promoting the implementation of solutions to improve the quality of building "exemplary, typical" VMTD agencies and units in the following years. At the same time, this is a preparatory step of the Brigade, serving the Region and the Service to inspect and review the results of building a comprehensively strong, "exemplary, typical" unit in 2024 in the coming time.

Through the inspection, the agencies and units have thoroughly grasped the purpose, requirements, content, and tasks of the inspection, actively and well prepared for the inspection according to plan, achieving good results. The inspection results show that the quality of building a politically strong unit; strictly maintaining discipline, training regime, combat readiness, building discipline, and ensuring logistics, finance, and technology for the tasks have been continuously improved.

At the end of the inspection of each agency and unit, the Heads of the departments commented and scored objectively and accurately on each criterion. Lieutenant Colonel Dau Dinh Dan, Deputy Brigade Commander - Chief of Staff, Head of the inspection team acknowledged and commended the efforts, attempts, as well as the results that the agencies and units have achieved in the past time. At the same time, he requested the agencies and units to fully absorb the limitations pointed out by the inspection team, promptly develop plans to overcome weaknesses, continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, high determination, overcome all difficulties and hardships, successfully complete all assigned tasks, further improve the quality of building a comprehensively strong unit "exemplary, typical" in the coming time./.
