On the morning of March 29, in Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province, the 954th Navy Brigade coordinated with the National Center for Aviation Search and Rescue Training (Air Defense - Air Force General Staff) to organize parachute jumping practice for pilots, flight crew members and parachute technicians.

During the training session, each pilot, crew member and parachute member performed 1 jump using the self-opening method, a total of 20 people/20 jumps on the Mi-171 helicopter at Air Force Regiment 910, Air Force Officer School.
To prepare for the parachute mission, the Brigade has developed a strict training plan, organized for the participating forces to review and grasp the theory of the training curriculum; technical features, structure, operating principles and how to use some types of parachutes; and master basic movements such as leaving the aircraft door, piloting the parachute, and landing.
The training session was completed as planned, ensuring absolute safety of people and equipment.
