As soon as heavy rain and strong winds began to fall in the area, the Traffic Police mobilized 100% of its personnel, arranged many working groups to continuously patrol key routes and areas to both propagate, remind and warn traffic participants to pay attention and quickly move out of dangerous areas; promptly detect and use saws, cutters and specialized tools to handle and immediately fix incidents such as: trees, electric poles, billboards broken, falling across the road causing traffic jams and obstructions; put up warning signs at flooded areas, areas at risk of landslides and assigned officers and soldiers to be on duty at checkpoints to prevent unfortunate accidents from happening.
