The surprising reason why a girl arbitrarily cuts off electricity to an entire village in India every night

A young woman was discovered by residents to have cut off the electricity to meet her boyfriend in the dark, causing outrage among residents.

Recently, residents of Bettiah village (Bihar state, India) have been living in a situation of frequent power outages. This has significantly affected their daily lives.

Through monitoring and investigation, people discovered that the power outage was not caused by the electricity industry or the power line, but by a girl named Preeti.

The girl was discovered arbitrarily cutting off the electricity of the entire village every time she dated her boyfriend.

"Preeti often cuts off electricity to villagers during her dates with her boyfriend. The power cuts lead to thefts. She creates a lot of trouble for us. Villagers complain to the local authorities about the frequent power cuts but in vain," said a resident of the village.

Preeti's purpose of cutting off the electricity was to secretly date her boyfriend who lived in another village without anyone finding out.

After discovering the cause of the incident, the villagers came to "question" the couple. Preeti tried to prevent her boyfriend from being beaten but failed.

The incident led to a serious conflict, the leaders of the two villages had to discuss and decided to organize a wedding for the couple so they could have time together without having to meet in secret.

In May 2022, a similar incident occurred in the state of Bihar, India. Accordingly, a guy cut off all the electricity in Ganeshpur village in Purnia to meet his girlfriend in the dark without being detected.

This guy is an electrician and he arbitrarily cuts off the entire electricity grid in the village every time the two meet. Previously, the residents of this village were extremely upset when the electricity went out inexplicably, without any prior notice.

Every night, the village experiences a 2-3 hour power outage, while other villages do not. Noticing the abnormality, the villagers have been monitoring to find the cause.

A young man was beaten and paraded around the village by villagers. He admitted to cutting off the village's electricity whenever he wanted to see his girlfriend.
