Vice President of Phenikaa University, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Phu Khanh said: The scholarship fund for students entering full-time university in 2025 is built from many different funding sources such as: Phenikaa Group, member companies, businesses, universities, research institutes and international partners. With a total value of more than 50 billion VND, the scholarship fund opens up opportunities for many talented students.

The 2025 scholarship policy is applied to candidates who enroll in the first round by all admission methods and submit complete applications to the school according to regulations. For students who win prizes in competitions for excellent students or students with startup ideas, the time required to win the prize is no more than three years from the time of admission. Meanwhile, for students who win prizes in the fields of arts and sports , the time required to win the prize is no more than 4 years.

Many other universities also implement attractive scholarship policies to attract and support students. Head of the Department of Political and Student Affairs of Hanoi Open University, Master Luong Tuan Long, said: In 2025, the school plans to award nearly 20 billion VND in scholarships to encourage learning and rewards for students with achievements. For students in difficult circumstances, the school fully implements support policies and regimes (exemption and reduction of tuition fees) according to State regulations, and has a scholarship fund and a companion fund to support students. Along with that, the school's startup support scholarship fund also spends hundreds of millions of VND to support students in implementing startup ideas and projects.

At British University Vietnam (BUV), Vice President and Vice President of the school, Professor Rick Bennett shared: The school's 2025 scholarship program continues to be implemented on a large scale, affirming its commitment to providing opportunities to access international education for students across the country. Based on the model of satisfying passion, sustainable commitment and capacity building, the scholarships not only contribute to assessing academic achievements but also comprehensively consider passion, potential, extracurricular activities, community contributions and economic circumstances. This year, British University Vietnam focuses on implementing educational development scholarships for students across the country, contributing to building high-quality young human resources locally. In addition, the talented female technology scholarship is also a bright spot, encouraging female students to pursue the field of technology and take on leadership roles in the future, contributing to promoting gender equality. Not only stopping at traditional categories, the school also expands cooperation with international organizations and businesses to increase internship, job and global connection opportunities for students.

Many 12th graders expressed excitement when universities announced attractive scholarship policies for 2025. Nguyen Mai Lan, a 12th grader at Truong Dinh High School (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) shared: "I am carefully researching schools to choose a place that suits my abilities and conditions."

In addition to scholarships based on academic achievement, many students are also interested in scholarships for sports and artistic talents. Tran Anh Huy, a 12th grader at Ly Thuong Kiet High School (Long Bien District, Hanoi) said: “I am not good at natural sciences but I have a passion and good results in drawing competitions. When I learned that there are schools offering scholarships for students pursuing art, I felt more motivated to pursue my dream.”

According to education experts, scholarship policies not only open the door to knowledge but also become a motivation for students to strive, pursue their passions and develop themselves.
