Accordingly, the land has a starting price of more than 7,628 billion VND. There were 2 participating enterprises in the auction. In the first round, both participating enterprises bid 50 billion VND higher than the starting price.

However, in the second round of auction, one company withdrew. The remaining company, headquartered in Ward 10, Vung Tau City, won the auction with a winning bid of more than VND 7,728 billion, a difference of VND 100 billion compared to the starting price.

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the nearly 60-hectare land is planned to implement the 3/2 Street Urban Area project with the goal of building an urban area, developing in the direction of commercialization combined with tourism , ecology associated with natural, smart, modern space, fully meeting the living needs of residents and tourists.

The project includes a complex of townhouses, villas, apartments, social housing; low-rise and high-rise commercial and service buildings; hotels; water parks... to accommodate a population of about 13,000 people and 11,000 tourists.
