The exhibition consists of two main areas. The “Pioneer’s Imprint” area is to pay tribute to Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuan, the late Chairman of the Board of Directors of DIC Group, with his inspirational and impressive quotes. The exhibition area shows the golden milestones in the past 35 years of DIC’s history; ESG images; corporate culture and Party and Youth Union activities.

The exhibition also left many impressions with iconic works built by DIC Group such as: Guesthouse (1990); Chi Linh urban center (1996); Cap Saint Jacques hotel cluster - DIC star (1998); Dai Phuoc - Dong Nai eco-tourism urban area (2005); Seaview 1-2-4 apartment building (2006); Pullman Vung Tau hotel (2007); Lakeside apartment building (2008); DIC urban area south of Vinh Yen city Vinh Phuc (2009); An Son Da Lat villa area (2010); Thuy Tien high-rise building (2011); CSJ Tower Vung Tau (2019) ...
DIC Group was established on May 26, 1990, in the context of Vietnam entering a period of innovation. In 2002, DIC was one of the first enterprises under the Ministry of Construction to pilot the parent company - subsidiary model. By 2008, DIC completed equitization, creating a foundation for a new development phase with many advantages in terms of capital resources.

The predecessor of DIC was Vung Tau Construction Guesthouse, with the mission of providing tourism services and nursing care according to the plan of the Ministry of Construction.
On August 19, 2009, DIC officially listed DIG shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE), opening up many development opportunities. On November 28, 2017, DIC marked a turning point when it successfully divested 49.65% of state capital, transforming into a private economic group model. The divestment of all state capital was completed after more than 10 months, in compliance with government regulations, contributing an additional VND 2,274 billion to the budget.
From 2017 to present, DIC has demonstrated remarkable growth in the real estate sector. The consolidated financial report for the first quarter of 2025 shows that DIC's total assets reached VND 18,910 billion, with charter capital of VND 6,099 billion.
Starting as a small enterprise under the Ministry of Construction, DIC has grown strongly and is in the Top 10 prestigious real estate investors in Vietnam.
