According to the audited consolidated financial report for 2024, sales and service revenue reached VND 1,572 billion, an increase of 7% compared to 2023.

Total pre-tax accounting profit reached 168 billion VND. Corporate profit after tax reached 134.8 billion VND, parent company profit after tax was 134.6 billion VND. Basic earnings per share reached 43,585 VND, among the highest in the market.

Ha Long Beer and Beverage Joint Stock Company has a charter capital of 30.9 billion VND. In 1989, Quang Ninh Confectionery Enterprise changed its name to Quang Ninh Beer and Beverage Factory. In 1996, this factory changed its name to Ha Long Beer and Beverage Company.

In 2003, the company transformed into a joint stock company. In 2017, HLB shares officially traded on the Upcom floor at a price of only VND24,000/share.

HLB's shareholder structure includes two main groups: the family of Mr. Doan Van Quang, former Chairman of the Board of Directors, and a large institutional shareholder from Japan - Aseed Holdings Co., Ltd., which owns 30.42% of capital.

The current price of HLB is 330,000 VND/share (session 1/4), among the highest in the market and the most expensive stock in the beer industry.

On the stock market, HLB's share price far exceeds that of two other beer giants, Sabeco and Habeco . However, its market capitalization is usually low at around VND1 billion because there are only more than 3 million shares in circulation.

This is also a company that pays dividends generously. Last year, HLB closed the list of shareholders to pay cash dividends in 2023, at a rate of 90%. In 2022, HLB paid cash dividends at a rate of 150%. In 2021, HLB also paid cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of up to 100%.

Some other businesses in the industry, such as Hanoi Beer Alcohol Beverage Corporation (Habeco - code BHN), according to the audited consolidated financial report, in 2024, it will reach VND 8,219.6 billion in net revenue, an increase of 6% compared to 2023. Habeco reported a profit of VND 402.8 billion, an increase of 13.6% compared to the previous year. BHN's current price is VND 37,800/share (April 1 session).

Saigon Beer Alcohol Beverage Corporation (Sabeco - code SAB) has total net revenue of VND 31,872.4 billion in 2024, up 5% over the previous year. Profit after tax reached VND 4,494.8 billion, up 6% over 2023.

SAB's current price is 48,950 VND/share (session 1/4).
