One person hospitalized after car collided with motorbike early morning at Dong Bai intersection

The Traffic Police Department (Hai Phong City Police) is investigating and handling a road traffic accident at Dong Bai intersection (Cat Hai special zone).

The accident occurred at around 5:35 a.m. on October 22. According to initial investigation, car 15A-541.03 was driven by Mr. Le Hong Doanh (born in 1974, residing in Thanh Hoa province), moving in the direction of Dinh Vu - Cat Hai bridge.

When arriving at Dong Bai intersection (Sun World cable car intersection), it collided with motorbike 16L9-6632 driven by Mr. To Quang Hoa (born in 1961, residing in Don Luong residential group, Cat Hai special zone) in the direction from the side gate of VINFAST Company to Dong Bai ferry.

The collision injured Mr. To Quang Hoa and required emergency treatment at Viet Duc Friendship Hospital ( Hanoi ); both vehicles were damaged.

The Traffic Police Department of Hai Phong City Police requests that citizens, organizations, and individuals who witnessed or have images or videos recording the incident provide them to the police to assist in the investigation.
