Northern region

The price of live pigs today (November 27, 2024) in the Northern region continued to decrease slightly in some localities. In particular, in the three provinces of Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc and Thai Nguyen , the purchase price decreased to 61,000 VND/kg.

On the contrary, Thai Binh province recorded an increase of VND1,000/kg, reaching VND63,000/kg, becoming the province with the highest live pig price in the region. Other provinces in the region traded in the range of VND61,000 - 62,000/kg.

Central Highlands

In the Central Highlands region, the price of live pigs today (November 27, 2024) remains stable at 59,000 - 62,000 VND/kg. Dak Lak continues to be the locality with the lowest price in the country, only 59,000 VND/kg. The remaining localities in the region such as Quang Binh, Binh Dinh, and Nghe An keep the price in the range of 60,000 - 62,000 VND/kg.

Southern region

In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today (November 27, 2024) recorded a slight decrease in Hau Giang and Dong Thap, to 61,000 VND/kg.

Meanwhile, Long An, An Giang, Kien Giang, Ca Mau, Soc Trang provinces and Can Tho City still maintain the highest price in the region, reaching 63,000 VND/kg. Currently, the price of live pigs in the South fluctuates between 61,000 - 63,000 VND/kg.

In general, the price of live pigs today (November 27, 2024) continues to have mixed adjustments in many localities across the country. Traders are currently purchasing live pigs from 59,000 - 63,000 VND/kg.
