According to the bulletin of Khanh Hoa Province Hydrometeorological Station, on October 25, there will be scattered showers in the province. The total rainfall from 7am to 3pm on October 25 is generally under 20mm. It is forecasted that there will be showers and scattered thunderstorms in the evening and at night. The rainfall is generally from 10-40mm, locally higher than 60mm.

At sea, the offshore waters including the Truong Sa special zone will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. It is forecasted that on the night of October 25 and the day of October 26, the offshore waters including the Truong Sa special zone will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 6-7; waves over 2m high. In addition, the offshore waters will have strong northeast winds of level 4-5. All vessels operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.

Water level on Cai Ninh Hoa River on the afternoon of October 25 was below alert level 1.

On rivers, water levels fluctuate. The Cai Nha Trang River is flooding. The water level at 3:00 p.m. on October 25 at some stations is as follows: Cai Nha Trang River at Dong Trang Hydrological Station is 4.2m, 3.80m below alarm level 1; at Dien Phu Station is 2.62m, 1.88m below alarm level 1; Dinh Ninh Hoa River at Duc My Hydrological Station is 14.34m, 1.16m below alarm level 1; at Ninh Hoa Hydrological Station is 3m, 1.2m below alarm level 1.

In the next 24 hours, the flood on Cai Nha Trang River will continue to rise and peak (next 6-12 hours); the flood peak will be 2-3m below alert level 1, then slowly decrease; other rivers may experience a small flood above or below alert level 1. Beware of the risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas; rain and floods affecting the safety of reservoirs; inundation of low-lying areas, riverside areas, and urban areas in Khanh Hoa province.
