1,049 vessels and 7,673 workers have anchored and taken to safe shelters.

Currently, vehicle owners have been and are continuing to monitor the development of strong winds at sea to proactively prevent and ensure the safety of people and property. Previously, shipping vessels, many crew members, tourists , etc. have also arrived at anchorage and shelter at Thuan An and Chan May ports.

The Hue City Border Guard Command continues to direct units to regularly monitor and grasp the storm's developments; coordinate with the Hue Maritime Port Authority; the Department of Fisheries, and the Hue Coastal Information Station to increase the time to notify owners of vehicles and captains operating at sea about the location, direction of movement, and developments of the storm.

Organize inspection, counting, and guidance of vehicles and vessels (including fishing vessels, transport vessels, and tourist vessels) still operating at sea to know not to enter or exit dangerous areas to safe shelters; take measures to ensure the safety of vessels at anchorage areas; maintain rescue forces and means ready to respond.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment continues to direct the Fisheries Sub-Department to develop plans to ensure the safety of aquaculture ponds, cages, and storm shelters on rivers, lagoons, and bays; to inspect the proper implementation of regulations on technical equipment to ensure safety for people and fishing vessels; and to effectively call on vessels to come ashore to take shelter from storms.

Localities have coordinated with the State-owned Hue Irrigation Exploitation Company to proactively develop plans to prevent local flooding and protect the Summer-Autumn crop in low-lying areas. Currently, the water level of large irrigation and hydroelectric reservoirs such as Ta Trach, Huong Dien, and Binh Dien is low, and the reservoirs are operating safely.
