Nam Dinh: Well organized high school graduation exam and primary school admission

In particular, it requires provincial departments, branches and sectors and localities to promote responsibility, be close in direction, be specific and thorough in organization and implementation; assign specific tasks in the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear authority, clear responsibility, clear time, clear results", creating the most favorable conditions for candidates, families andeducational institutions in the area; have contingency plans for all unusual situations, not allowing a situation where there is no strict management and supervision and no one is responsible at any stage of each exam.

The Department of Education and Training is assigned to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and localities in the province to continue reviewing guiding documents and activities on organizing high school graduation to provide specific and detailed instructions for localities and educational institutions, ensuring close adherence to practical situations in the context of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.

Along with that, closely monitor, proactively grasp the situation, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for localities in issues arising in high school graduation and primary school admission; develop a plan to inspect the preparation and organization work; focusing on stages with potential risks of negativity, fraud, and insecurity in the high school graduation exam and primary school admission; carefully review the stages, steps, and tasks in printing and copying high school graduation exam questions and primary school admission exam questions, ensuring absolute accuracy, safety, and appropriate differentiation; proactively coordinate with press agencies to do a good job of communication work with the spirit of correct, complete, objective, and timely information so that parents, students, and the whole society can clearly understand and reach a high consensus.

The provincial inspectorate urgently develops an inspection and examination plan at all stages and steps, especially the stage of assigning responsibilities to participating organizations and individuals; taking care to ensure that it does not affect the operations of relevant agencies and units in organizing high school graduation and primary school enrollment.

The People's Committee of Nam Dinh province requests the departments, branches, sectors, unions of the province, the People's Committees of districts, cities and educational institutions to seriously implement the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 58/CD-TTg dated May 8, 2025; Directive No. 37/CT-TTg dated October 7, 2024 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the direction and coordination of the organization of the high school graduation exam and university, college and vocational education admissions in 2025 and related documents of the Central Government and the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province, to organize the high school graduation exam and primary general education admissions safely, seriously, thoughtfully, smoothly, objectively, ensuring reliability and creating high consensus in society.
