Each cluster includes schools from kindergarten to high school, vocational education and continuing education in the ward where the student is located. The leader of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City said that for each professional cluster, for each subject, the Department of Education and Training assigns 1-2 managers/teachers to take on the role of network teachers to provide professional support to teachers in the cluster.

Strictly implement regulations on financial revenue and expenditure management, publicize revenue and expenditure from the beginning of the school year.

The Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City said that in the new school year, Ho Chi Minh City will implement a regulation that students will not use phones in school. Phones can only be used during class hours when teachers allow them according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. If students need to use phones, the school must ensure a free communication channel for students.
