In the end, Truong Dinh Hoang won, successfully defending the WBA Asia super middleweight championship belt.

In addition to Dinh Hoang's match, Nguyen Ngoc Hai was the second person in the event to win the WBA title. Ngoc Hai knocked out Thai boxer Campee Phayom after just over 1 minute of the second round with a powerful "storm of punches" and won the WBA Asia super flyweight title.

The only regrettable thing in this event was that Le Huu Toan failed in the match to defend the WBA Asia lightweight title. The Vietnamese boxer lost by only 1 point to Mexican opponent Gohan Rodriguez Garcia and lost the title.
