It has become a tradition that every 3rd afternoon of the month, the Dong Goi Party Cell members gather at the village cultural house for Party cell activities. The activities are attended by representatives of the higher Party Committee. Before the activities, the Party Cell members are informed of important contents so that they can proactively contribute ideas and build. Mr. Nguyen Chi Si, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoa Son Tourism and Community Development Joint Stock Company, is a Party member and participates in Party cell activities in Dong Goi village. Recognizing the effectiveness of the Party cell's leadership and direction through regular and thematic activities, Mr. Si creates conditions and encourages employees in the company to strive to join the Party. In September 2023, with the active support of the Commune Party Committee, the Party cell of Hoa Son Tourism and Community Development Joint Stock Company was established with 6 Party members. Mr. Nguyen Chi Si was appointed as Party cell Secretary.

Like Dong Goi Party Cell, the quality of activities in Party cells under Hoa Son Commune Party Committee is increasingly improved. Comrade Dinh Thi Thuy Hoa, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, shared: The two most important solutions are to focus on "locomotives" and maintain order. Reality shows that secretaries and cell committee members are "locomotives" and have a great impact on the quality of Party cell activities. Regularly consolidating, improving and improving the quality of cell committee members and cell secretaries is also one of the contents to improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new situation of Hoa Son.

Immediately after each Party cell congress, the Commune Party Committee focuses on electing Party cell members, especially those who are participating for the first time, to attend training courses, to improve Party work skills, Party cell organization skills, etc., thereby contributing to improving the quality of the team. In addition to improving the "quality" of the core force, the Hoa Son Commune Party Committee also noted that Party cells must maintain and uphold the routine of regular activities and increase thematic activities. In order to expand and promote democracy in Party cell activities, creating an open atmosphere for Party members to express their opinions, thoughts and aspirations, the Party Committee of Hoa Son commune has set out many mandatory criteria for Party cell activities, specifically, in each meeting, 80% or more of Party members must participate in expressing their opinions, ensuring that 100% of Party members have the opportunity to speak during the year. The chair must suggest issues to be discussed, clarify and summarize the opinions expressed by Party members (especially those on which there are still different opinions), and specifically conclude each issue to unify leadership measures for the following month.

The Party Secretary of the commune added: By directly attending the meetings or checking the recording of Resolution books of the Party cells, the Party Committee of the commune can partly assess the quality of activities at the Party cells, considering this as a criterion for classifying grassroots Party organizations and Party members annually. With this method, the quality of Party cell activities in Hoa Son has been increasingly improved, and the Party Committee of the commune has successfully completed its tasks for many years.
