Improve the efficiency of management and measurement of petroleum business quality

Delegates attending the training conference on petroleum quality measurement management.

60 trainees attending the training course grasped and understood more clearly the regulations and mandatory requirements of the State in the management of measurement and quality in the petroleum business. On that basis, the units implemented well and strictly complied with the regulations on the management of measurement and quality of petroleum, ensuring legal business conditions. Raising the awareness of enterprises about compliance with the law of the State in petroleum business activities; at the same time ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and consumers.

During the training, delegates were informed, learned, discussed and had their questions answered about the following contents: Controlling quantity and quality when receiving gasoline from the delivery party; controlling quantity and quality when storing and retailing gasoline; allowable errors of gasoline measuring columns and measurements in retail; conducting periodic inspections of gasoline measuring columns; planning and periodically inspecting storage tanks; responsibilities of enterprises, gasoline trading establishments, state management agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the locality.
