Improving management skills for Blind Association staff

On May 24, the Provincial Association of the Blind held a conference to train professional skills and management skills for leaders, member organizations, and branch heads of the Association of the Blind at all levels.

At the conference, the students were given information by lecturers from the Provincial Political School about the policies of the Party, State and locality towards people with disabilities and the association. At the same time, they discussed and resolved the difficulties and problems that the association at all levels is facing.

Through the professional training course, cadres and students will be equipped with basic knowledge and skills in organizational work; deploying and implementing activities and association work; and knowledge of leadership and management skills in many areas such as administration, finance, human resources, etc. to effectively apply and apply in the work process, contributing to the further development of the association.
