After a disappointing draw against Salernitana, Napoli continued to only get a 1-1 draw in their away match at Udinese in the late match of round 33 of Serie A.
Victor Osimhen shone when he scored an important goal in the 52nd minute to help Napoli avoid defeat after letting Udinese take the lead through Sandi Lovric in the 13th minute.
The goal not only helped Osimhen make history as the African player with the most goals in the Italian national championship (22 goals), but also officially brought Napoli to the Serie A championship in the 2022-23 season.
After 33 rounds, Napoli won 80 points, 16 points more than the team behind Lazio while there are only 5 rounds left to end the season.

This championship helps Napoli end their "title drought" in Serie after exactly 33 years since winning the 1989-90 season - the tournament in which they had Diego Maradona in the squad.
This is also the third time in history that Napoli has won the Scudetto (1986-87, 1989-90 and 2022-23), equaling AS Roma's achievement.
The Serie A title is a worthy reward for Napoli after coach Luciano Spalletti's team had an impressive season.
Victor Osimhen, the player who scored in the draw with Udinese, was the one who contributed to Napoli's success. The Nigerian striker had a great season with 22 goals and is likely to win the Serie A Golden Boot award./.
