On the morning of October 1, at the Center for Continuing Education , the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province coordinated with relevant units to organize the opening and launch of the Lifelong Learning Week 2025, with the theme: "Learning to develop yourself, mastering knowledge and technology, contributing to building a strong and prosperous country".

In his opening speech, Mr. Dang Tri Thu, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province, emphasized that in the era of digital transformation and international integration, knowledge changes every day, technology innovates every hour. Each citizen can only adapt, be creative and assert his position with the spirit of persistent self-study, nurturing the desire for lifelong learning. Learning is not only to know, to do, to grow up, but also to contribute and serve the Fatherland.
“This year’s Lifelong Learning Week was launched with the message: No one is left behind on the journey of knowledge. This is the key to unlocking knowledge, bringing learning opportunities to every Ca Mau citizen, helping each citizen to rise up, improve themselves and contribute to the prosperous and civilized development of their homeland,” affirmed the leader of the Ca Mau Department of Education and Training.


The leader of the Ca Mau Province Association for Promotion of Education believes that each individual must consider learning as a continuous journey, linked to the goal of mastering knowledge and technology. Turn the theme of Lifelong Learning Week 2025 into a large-scale movement. Determine that learning is not only limited to the traditional classroom but becomes a community culture, where every citizen can participate in learning regardless of age or profession.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan, Director of the Ca Mau Province Continuing Education Center, said that in response to the Lifelong Learning Week, the unit will organize extensive propaganda about the meaning of lifelong learning, spread the spirit of self-study throughout society; develop digital learning models; foster digital skills for teachers and students, especially skills in searching, processing information, applying AI, exploiting open learning resources to master technology.
Along with that, linking and cooperating with training institutions and businesses to expand training professions, improve vocational skills, and meet the needs of local socio -economic development.


On the occasion of the launching ceremony of Lifelong Learning Week, Vo Van Kiet Education Promotion Fund awarded 50 scholarships, totaling 50 million VND to students in difficult circumstances to further motivate them in their journey to conquer knowledge.
