National Great Unity Day at Tan Tien Hamlet

On the afternoon of November 12, the Front Working Committee of Tan Tien Hamlet (Tan An Commune) organized the National Great Unity Day. Attending were comrade Nguyen Van Tuan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Vinh Long Province; Pham Van Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, along with leaders of Tan An Commune and a large number of people in the hamlet.

At the festival, delegates and people reviewed the tradition of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - Vietnam Fatherland Front Tradition Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025) and evaluated the results of the implementation of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Van Tuan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council presented the symbolic plaque of the Great Unity House to the household.

Leaders of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented gifts to households.

Currently, Tan Tien Hamlet has 218 households, of which 18 households have high income, 187 are well-off, 13 are average and only 3 are near-poor, with an average income of 80 million VND/person/year. During the year, the Hamlet Front Committee promoted the mobilization of people to increase production, protect the environment, and improve the quality of the New Rural Cultural Hamlet. At the same time, it mobilized the construction of 01 Great Unity house, gave 300 gifts and 6 scholarships to students, with a total cost of more than 130 million VND.

Speaking at the festival, comrade Tran Thi Xi Line - Party Secretary, Chairman of Tan An Commune People's Council praised the spirit of solidarity and efforts of the people of the whole hamlet, and at the same time hoped that people would continue to promote the strength of solidarity, carry out well the campaigns and emulation movements, and build Tan An commune to develop more and more.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Tan An commune honored 109 outstanding collectives and individuals; and presented a Great Solidarity house worth 50 million VND.

Comrade Tran Thi Xi Line - Secretary of Tan An Commune Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to individuals.

Comrade Nguyen Van Tuan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council presented gifts to 10 disadvantaged households (each worth 500,000 VND); the commune mobilized to present 20 gifts to households.
