Working day 10, 9th session, 15th National Assembly: Discussing private economic development policy

Tenth working day of the 9th session, 15th National Assembly .

Morning: The National Assembly convenes a plenary session in the hall, carrying out the following contents: (i) listening to the Presentation, discussing and voting to approve the adjustment of the agenda of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; (ii) listening to the Presentation and the Report on the examination of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations; (iii) listening to the Presentation and the Report on the examination of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents; (iv) listening to the Presentation and the Report on the examination of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Internal Rules of the National Assembly session issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly; (v) discussing in the hall the draft Law on Atomic Energy (amended). Afternoon: The National Assembly convenes a plenary session in the hall, carrying out the following contents: (i) listening to the Presentation and the Report on the examination of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the mechanism and policy for private economic development; (ii) listen to the Submission and Report on the examination of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies, creating breakthroughs in the construction and organization of law enforcement.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents: (i) Draft Law on Participation in the United Nations Peacekeeping Force; (ii) Draft Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for private economic development; (iii) Draft Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies, creating breakthroughs in law making and organization./.
