At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council gave opinions on the expected content and program of the 30th Session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026. The meeting will be held on June 24, 2025 at the meeting room of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

In particular, the meeting's content will prioritize the approval of policies and resolutions to meet the requirements of not organizing district-level governments and organizing new commune-level governments to come into operation from July 1, 2025.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation requested the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to proactively coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Council Committees to complete reports and submissions for the session, update them on the ecabinet.vn software for delegates to study. Report on the review of the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on support content, dossier forms, procedures for selecting projects, plans, production options, selecting ordering units in implementing production development support activities under national target programs in Thanh Hoa province, attached to Resolution No. 08/2022/NQ-HDND dated December 11, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council according to simplified procedures.
Report on the review of the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council to replace Resolution No. 215/2022/NQ-HDND dated April 13, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council regulating special nutritional regimes for coaches, high-performance athletes, Thanh Hoa province's gifted team and teams of districts, towns and cities.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council also reviewed and commented on the Plan to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; reviewed and decided to appoint People's Council delegates and leadership positions of People's Councils and People's Committees of communes/wards after the 2021-2026 term.
