Nghe An has 2 individuals honored as 'Excellent Young Workers' nationwide in 2025

51 outstanding workers were awarded the 15th National "Excellent Young Workers" Award by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union in 2025. Of this total, Nghe An was honored to have two representatives from TH Milk Factory and Ho Hoan Cau Company Limited.

On the evening of May 26, at the Hung Nguyen District Youth Park, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union held the 15th National Ceremony to honor 51 "Excellent Young Workers" in 2025.

Attending the program, on the Central side, there were comrades: Vy Tu Lieu - Head of the Department of People's Organizations, Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Nguyen Tuong Lam - Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union.

On the side of Nghe An province delegates, there were comrades: Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Phan Dinh Dat - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Tran Thi Thu Huong - Vice Chairwoman of the Nghe An Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Nghe An province, together with representatives of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; Department of Home Affairs, leaders of Hung Nguyen district and related agencies and departments.

The “Young Good Worker” Award is an activity organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union every two years to promote the spirit of initiative and creativity of young people and to encourage young workers to actively study and improve their skills, contributing to building a high-quality young human resource to serve the cause of national construction.

Held since 2009, through 14 award ceremonies, the Central Youth Union Secretariat has honored 878 examples of “Excellent Young Workers”. Of the 51 “Excellent Young Workers” nationwide in 2025 honored this time, the average age of the delegates is 32.7 years old.

Speaking at the program, comrade Nguyen Tuong Lam - Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union affirmed that the 51 faces honored this year come from many different professions, fields, and localities, but have one thing in common: Aspiration to rise up, spirit of dedication, and determination to master professional skills in the new era.

At the same time, this is a clear demonstration of the statement that General Secretary To Lam affirmed at the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union: "Youth is the key factor in the era of national development".

The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union determined that: Developing a team of talented young workers is not only to honor outstanding individuals, but also to build a high-quality young human resource, capable of mastering science and technology, actively contributing to the goal of rapid and sustainable development of the country.

With its responsibility, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union will always be a companion to young people on the path of self-reliance and career development. At the same time, it will organize activities well and create an environment for young workers to undertake research, application, and operation of programs, projects, production lines, and modern equipment; propose initiatives, improvements, and applications of science and technology, rationalize production, and save raw materials and fuel.

In addition, actively participate in building and advising on policies to develop high-quality young human resources, especially mechanisms to support young people to promote their creativity in vocational training, work and entrepreneurship.

Before participating in the commendation program, 51 delegates of "National Young Workers" participated in the "Journey to bring young workers to the origin of the Nghe Tinh Soviet". The delegation offered incense at Truong Bon Historical Site, Uncle Ho Temple, Soviet Martyrs Memorial House and Nghe Tinh Soviet Relic Site, visited Kim Lien Special National Relic Site with many practical activities.

1. Mr. Thai Binh Duong (born in 1992, hometown: Tien Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district) - Head of the TH Milk Factory Innovation Board.

2. Mr. Hoang Nguyen Dung (born in 1992, hometown: Quynh Van commune, Quynh Luu district) - Head of Product Research and Development Department, Ho Hoan Cau Company Limited.

Right after the commendation program, thousands of Nghe An workers participated in the Music Night " Young Workers - Spreading Positive Energy " and the lucky draw program with many valuable prizes.

During the Workers' Month 2025, the Central Youth Union, the Central Vietnam Youth Union continue to coordinate with TCP Vietnam Company and Redbull brand to organize a series of programs "Young Workers - Spreading Positive Energy" Festival in the three regions of North - Central - South, creating a vibrant space for cultural, sports and exchange activities. Through activities such as free health check-ups, sports, art festivals, talent search competitions... The festival is not only a place to connect but also an opportunity to encourage the spirit, adding positive energy to young people who are working hard day and night on the production lines.
