Hearing news of storm Koto, soldiers "race" to connect the dike in the downstream of Ha Thanh river.
On November 25 and 26, in the middle of the downstream area of Ha Thanh River (Gia Lai Province) still in disarray after the historic flood, 100 officers and soldiers of Brigade 573 and local forces worked tirelessly to "race" to temporarily repair two broken dikes. The work was urgent every hour to cope with the complicated developments of storm No. 15 (storm Koto) that was approaching.
