Resolution No. 28 on selecting contractors to implement land use projects in Bac Kan province

Accordingly, 01 land plot is auctioned to select an investment contractor to implement an investment project to build a number of urban areas and rural residential areas in Bac Kan province (Investment project using land as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 126 of the Land Law). Four land plots to implement investment projects using land in cases where the State reclaims land and must organize an auction to select an investment contractor according to the provisions of the law on industry and sector management (Investment project using land as prescribed in Point b, Clause 1, Article 126 of the Land Law).

Some investment projects using land as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 126 of the Land Law in the list of land plots for project bidding such as: Nam Cat Lake Eco-Resort Urban Complex Project. Investment projects using land as prescribed in Point b, Clause 1, Article 126 of the Land Law such as: Bac Kan Province Non-Public Inter-Senior Secondary and High School Project, in Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Ward, Bac Kan City; Rest Stop Project in Thanh Thinh Commune, Cho Moi District; Cau River 3 Hydropower Project, in Quang Chu Commune, Cho Moi District; Boc Bo Hydropower Project, in Boc Bo Commune./.
